Today on the 21st of December 2018, the Electoral Assembly of the Association of Archival Workers of Vojvodina (AAWV) was held, whereby the mandate of the new members of the AAWV Assembly and its Presidency were verified. By unanimous vote of the Presidency, Miroslav Jaćimović, MA, archivist from the Archives of Vojvodina, was elected as the new President of the Association, with recommendation by the former president Jugoslav Veljkovski.
At the AAWV Assembly, held in the Archives of the City of Novi Sad, the guests were greeted in the welcoming speech by the Director of the Archive of the City of Novi Sad, Petar Đurđev, while the closing words, after the speech by the new President of the Association, were given by Dr. Nebojša Kuzmanović, Director of the Archives of Vojvodina, who wished the Association great success in their future work with the promise that he will selflessly, both personally and via the Archives of Vojvodina, help the Association to develop and maintain this professional association.
