Today on the 27th of February 2019, in the Archives of Vojvodina, an agreement of cooperation was signed between the Institute of Ethnography of SASA from Belgrade, represented by Dr. Dragana Radojčić, and the Archives of Vojvodina from Novi Sad, represented by Director Nebojša Kuzmanović.
The goal of the cooperation is the advancement of research and educational work through cooperation, according to the needs of the society as well as project development in the field of culture, science and research.
After the signing of the agreement, the meeting was joined by colleagues from the Serbian Archives in Croatia, Zvezdana Ostojić and Milan Radaković, that came for a week-long advanced training course in archival sciences, in the Archives of Vojvodina.
Dragana Katić, senior archivist, and Kristijan Obšust, anthropologist and archaeologist, introduced our colleagues from the Institute of Ethnography of SASA with the organizational work of the Archives, the correct way to use archival holdings, showing them the Reading Room, the Laboratory for Conservation and Restoration and well as the depots where the fonds of the Archives of Vojvodina are stored.
